Dr. Sebastian May is the Head of Supply Chain Technology at Schenker Dedicated Services (SDS). SDS is an independent company within the DB Schenker Group delivering comprehensive lead logistics solutions (4PL) for large customers. Before joining SDS in September 2021, Mr. May has held different positions within the DB Schenker Group advancing the digitalization and digital transformation of the logistics industry.
Bas van Gein is Group Director IT for Supply Chain Planning & Execution within ALDI International Services, part of the ALDI Group. Before joining ALDI in 2017, Mr. van Gein has held various positions within FMCG companies such as ESPRIT and adidas, with a focus on supply chain and transformations to SAP-centric solution suites.
Joe Batista is Director at frog and focuses on creating insight-led strategies and solutions to enhance customer experience, increase revenues, and maximise cost savings. Specific areas includes creating customer-focused digital analytics, customer engagement strategy, multi-channel customer journey design, and creating and delivering on consumer product growth strategies.
He has a proven record of leading in complex environments, building trust and collaboration to deliver results and he is leading our store of tomorrow – the CornerShop.
Sargon Korkis helps as Vice President Digital Experience Services at Capgemini global clients design and implement leading experience agendas to rotate towards a truly customer driven organizations and excel their business portfolio. Working internationally and having frequent thought leadership exchanges, Sargon helps decision makers in Marketing, Product and Services develop their customized strategy and execution plan. He describes himself as an Experience Architect at the intersection of creativity, business acumen and digital power play and comes with over 15 years in the experience online commerce, retail, business model transformations and global brand consulting.
Driven by innovation, Daniel Lichtwald as Senior Innovation and Experience Consultant at Capgemini has been driving and delivering innovation for over 15 years with a focus on user-centricity. As a creative mastermind, he has gained experience at Audi, Lamborghini, and Skoda, where he has already supervised and implemented several innovations and strategies. With a passion for creating immersive experiences and placing metaverse cases with customers, he is building the future of tomorrow.
