Join us and discuss with VW colleagues from all brands incl. CARIAD how to achieve lean-agile collaboration around software-enabled cars and make it a success story for the entire Volkswagen Group. At this hybrid event, we are joined by senior experts from Scaled Agile Inc. and Project&Team, who combine decades of successful cyber-physical product development experience using lean-agile. In addition, we will hear success stories of companies which faced similar challenges and subsequently mastered them.

	Dr. Harry Koehnemann SAFe Fellow & Principal Contributor ...is a SAFe Fellow and Principal Contributor at Scaled Agile Inc. He has 30+ years of experience with large-system builders (e.g. in aerospace and automotive) to improve execution with product development lifecycle practices including Lean, Agile, MBSE, requirements management, quality management, and compliance activities.
	Robin Yeman SAFe Fellow ...is a SAFe Fellow and the CTO at Catalyst Campus for Technology & Innovation as well as Director of Cyber-Physical Advisory Practice at Project & Team, Inc. Robin previously worked 25+ years at Lockheed Martin as their Sr. Technical Fellow. She has extensive experience in the continuous delivery of highly complex cyber-physical systems both in defense and space.
	Dr. Wolfgang Brandhuber SAFe SPCT ... is a SAFe SPCT and has been helping clients in scaled agile environments since 2006. Wolfgang is an expert in Large Solution SAFe, having recently co-authored a white-paper on Scaling Patterns for Intelligent Operating Models. He has almost 20 years of transformation experience, mostly in the context of cyber-physical systems.
	Odile Moreau SAFe SPCT ...is a SAFe SPCT and leading the Capgemini Center of Excellence for SAFe Transformations. She has 20+ years of professional experience helping organizations across different industries adopt Lean-Agile in the areas such as IT Service Management, Business Information Management and Software Engineering globally.
