The Workforce Management Paradox

How Nordic Organizations can improve forecasting, scheduling and workforce visibility while
balancing cost, compliance and employee experience

Executive Roundtable hosted by Capgemini & UKG  |    3rd February 2027  |    09:30 – 16:40

Why Attend

A different kind of day

This is not a conference. It is a closed-door conversation between senior leaders who are navigating the same challenges — with no vendor pitches and no scripted talking points.

Curated & Senior
Leadership

A deliberately small group of 20–40 HR and Operations leaders from the Nordic region's largest organisations. Every person in the room is a peer.

Real Client Story

Hear directly from Nagendra Gururaj as he shares lessons learnt from Ikea's workforce management transformation journey.

Working
Roundtables

Three structured sessions on identifying invisible workforce inefficiencies, strategic gains beyond cost reduction, and building a future ready workforce – designed for honest, practical exchange.

No Sales Pitch

The agenda is built around the challenges in the room, not around a product roadmap. You will leave with peer insights.

Who is this event for?
This roundtable is designed for senior HR and Operations leaders — CHROs, HR Directors, Head of People, VP Operations — from large Nordic organisations with complex, shift-based or distributed workforces. Places are strictly by invitation only and the audience is deliberately kept small to ensure meaningful conversation.
Is this a sales event?
No. There are no vendor presentations, product demonstrations, or sales pitches in this programme. The agenda is built around peer exchange and honest conversation about the real challenges of workforce management transformation. Capgemini and UKG host the day and contribute expertise — they do not dominate it.
What are the roundtable sessions?
There are three working roundtables in the afternoon: Identifying invisible inefficiencies, Strategic gains beyond cost reduction, and Building a future ready workforce. Each is facilitated by subject matter experts and structured around guided discussion.
Can I bring a colleague?
Given the curated nature of the event, we ask that you reach out to us before registering additional attendees from your organisation. In some cases, we are happy to accommodate a second attendee — particularly for the afternoon roundtables. Please mark your interest in the registration form and we will be in touch.
What is the dress code?
Business casual. The format is relaxed and conversational — come as you would to a senior internal workshop.
Which venue should I attend?
Malmö will be the main event, but if you have travel restrictions, you may choose the location closest to your office or most convenient for you.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is in central Malmö, a short walk from Malmö Centralstation and approximately 20 minutes by train from Copenhagen Central Station.
